Early Preschool (2–2½ Years)

Confidence Begins to Bloom

Something wonderful happens during this stage. Children arrive at school with excitement, eager to see their teachers, greet their friends, and discover what the day has in store. They begin making choices, asking endless questions, and proudly announcing, "I did it myself!"

At Manorcrest, we embrace this growing independence by creating a classroom where curiosity is encouraged and every child feels safe to explore. As attention spans lengthen, children spend more time building, creating, pretending, and solving problems. Familiar routines provide comfort, while thoughtfully planned experiences inspire confidence and a genuine love of learning.

This is also a time when many families begin the potty-training journey. Our experienced teachers partner closely with parents, offering gentle encouragement and consistency while respecting each child's individual readiness. We believe toilet learning should be a positive milestone, never a source of pressure.
